Sochi Olympics

I have been watching a lot of the Olympics whenever I am not at work. Ice skating is my favorite winter sport to watch. The elegance on the ice and their outfits are what keeps me glued to the TV. Here are some outfits that I found stunning. (Click on the pictures to enlarge).

Happy Valentine's Day!

Hope everyone spent their day with lots of love, happiness and sweets! :) I celebrated v-day with my best friend, Sabrina. We both wore red and watched the movie Valentine's Day with a heart-shaped pizza from Giordano's. I love Valentine's Day! Even if there is no "man" in my life right now, family and friends are all I could ask for.

On a side note, it feels great to be back home at Herve Leger!! I had my day off today and I'm excited to sell some dresses tomorrow. Enjoy your weekend everyone!

I'm back at Herve!! So happy right now. :) Good things are happening and I'm so excited for where I'm heading. I start next week as the Key Holder for the store. I learned some management skills at BCBG and am building my retail experience. I'm ready to make a good influence and sell $1,000 dresses like it's no big deal. ;)

Fashion Update

Sorry that it's been a while since I've blogged, but here are the latest updates from me. :)

I recently booked a trip to Poland for my cousin's wedding! I am SUPER excited and we will be wearing traditional Polish outfits during the ceremony. It's been 5 years since I've been to Poland and I cannot wait to see my family and second home. <3

I finally bought a curling iron and I started playing around with it today. My hair has been curly/wavy my whole life, so I leave it natural most days and straighten it on occasion. Now I can start curling my hair for a different look!

I started reading a fashion book series: On The Runway. I finished the first book in the series today and I love it so far. It deals with a lot of drama, fashion and even God. It's a very interesting combination, but it has me hooked so far.

I am also really looking forward for my 22nd birthday!! It will be on a Saturday this year and I am planning to do something downtown at a restaurant/bar. Something FANCY! I'm on the lookout for a birthday dress!

January really flew by, but this year is off to a great start and I'm looking forward for all the new things to come!

Birthday Wish...

This year I have decided what I want for my birthday: my own Herve Leger dress. :) Here is the one that has been on my mind lately. I think this red dress is sexy and classic. I found one for a decent price at my store and it would be a pleasure of having my very own HL dress. What do you think? Am I crazy for wanting an expensive piece or should I deserve a splurge in life sometimes?

Blush Pink

Here is my new BCBG outfit that I wore to work today! I'm wearing my new blush pink cascading top with my new black blazer and black legging pants all from BCBG. My black heels  are from Target. I love them because they are high (3.5 inches) and yet so comfortable. I accessorized my outfit with pink jeweled teardrop earrings from Forever 21. My new job at BCBG is going well so far. I get to wear color, but I still want to keep it professional. I plan on keeping my blazers, pants, skirts and dresses black and adding color with a top, accessories and a red/pink lip. Blush pink is my favorite color of the moment. :)

BCBG

I started working at BCBG and I'm still getting used to it. I like it so far and it seems like a great team to work with. I'm opening the store myself tomorrow and I'm excited to take on more management roles. I still visit my team at Herve Leger. My heart will always be at Herve. <3

A few days ago I bought some great pieces from BCBG. I got a black blazer that I've been wanting in my size since October and a beautiful draped top in bare pink. I love this light shade with black for work. I'll post my outfit in this soon. Hope your year is off to a great start!!
