Fashionably Late ;)

It's been too long since my last blog post, so here's a recap of what's been happening in my life. For my birthday, I finally got a moto jacket! It's from Bebe and it's in a creamy blush color. I absolutely love it! I also purchased a matching beau wallet for my beau bag. I still can't get enough of my bag. ;)

I recently came back from a trip to Poland!! It was for my cousin, Paulina's wedding and I had an amazing time. We wore traditional Polish outfits and it was a blast! It was my first time wearing this and I'm so happy I got to wear and it for Paulina's wedding.  It's been 5 years since I was in Poland so it felt so good to be back at my second home. I also spent Easter there with my family. It was a very short but sweet trip. <3

My Birthday :)

I celebrated my birthday over the weekend and I had such an eventful time in Chicago! The St. Patrick's Day bar crawl was during the day and Vertigo Sky Lounge was at night. I celebrated with my sister and best friends and I couldn't ask for a better birthday. My birthday dress was black and baby pink and it matched my pink "Birthday Princess" sash and crown Mayra got me! It was such a happy night that I didn't want to go home. Can't wait for more fun times being 22!

My "Beau"

I cannot believe it, but I finally treated myself to a birthday gift. I bought the blush Kate Spade "Beau" bag I have been wanting since October! I ended up getting the large size instead of the small because I felt the bigger bag is iconic. I cannot wait to wear this bag. :) The bow, color and style is all me. It was a must-have purchase and I knew I would regret not buying it. This was my first investment piece I have purchased and I am truly happy about it. You deserve to treat yourself for your accomplishments in life and I feel now was the time for me. :)

My birthday is only 4 days away!! I'm excited my birthday is on a Saturday this year!

The Oscars

Did you watch the Oscars on Sunday night? I love watching red carpet fashion and styles each year. The dresses were fabulous this year and my favorite were by Dior and Alexander McQueen. I thought this year's Oscars were very entertaining thanks to the host, Ellen. She is one funny lady! Laughter and fashion make my day complete.

I have been watching a lot of the Olympics whenever I am not at work. Ice skating is my favorite winter sport to watch. The elegance on the ice and their outfits are what keeps me glued to the TV. Here are some outfits that I found stunning. (Click on the pictures to enlarge).

Happy Valentine's Day!

Hope everyone spent their day with lots of love, happiness and sweets! :) I celebrated v-day with my best friend, Sabrina. We both wore red and watched the movie Valentine's Day with a heart-shaped pizza from Giordano's. I love Valentine's Day! Even if there is no "man" in my life right now, family and friends are all I could ask for.

On a side note, it feels great to be back home at Herve Leger!! I had my day off today and I'm excited to sell some dresses tomorrow. Enjoy your weekend everyone!

I'm back at Herve!! So happy right now. :) Good things are happening and I'm so excited for where I'm heading. I start next week as the Key Holder for the store. I learned some management skills at BCBG and am building my retail experience. I'm ready to make a good influence and sell $1,000 dresses like it's no big deal. ;)
